What Is Fulfillment?

What is fulfillment? It is the total process of caring for the customer and delivering the product. However, meaning of what is fulfillment for customers has changed with the globalization of clientele, and the emphasis on speed and adaption. live chat video Let’s explore how technology has changed product fulfillment, as well as how fulfillment houses can help your business. adult internet chat

What else is involved in answering what is fulfillment? It depends on the type of business you have. If you have an e-commerce outfit, your physical site is probably less developed. You need someone to handle customer order placement, warehouse to shipment, customer service and customer returns. You may need to relay data to sales teams, or check to make sure you have enough inventories for the month. These are all needed functions once your business starts to expand. You need to ensure your business will grow unhindered by having the right infrastructure in place.

These days, fulfillment houses have an integrated IT solution that allows them to keep track of everything in the warehouse, every order placed, and all deliveries scheduled with the click of a button. It is called management information systems, and this has helped many businesses to streamline. Many business models rely on this method of software to make sure fulfillment goes smoothly.

In fact, some businesses take running smooth fulfillment to the next level. Some companies have fulfillment processes are so smooth, a new business model for business-to-consumer can take place. Called Just-in-time manufacturing, retailers such as Dell can drastically reduce warehouse inventory, and products are made to order in the factory. Because their system is so fine-tuned, they hardly have any inventory if they choose it. Made to order products are put together only when consumers place orders. While this type of fulfillment capability is not always available to small businesses, or startups, we can use fulfillment houses to implement more efficient procedures in fulfillment.

By using a fulfillment house, there is no need to recruit in house talent, set up a separate warehouse and distribution facility, or lose money with misplaced orders. You want to find the best outsourcing for what is fulfillment. It is best to shop around and find the fulfillment house with the best management team. Check their track record. A consultant team often comes along with any fulfillment warehouse service. These are just some methods for knowing that the fulfillment house is good for your company.

You can lose out or gain a lot of income by partnering with the right fulfillment center. To answer what is fulfillment for the right services, negotiate special rates with your fulfillment house. If you have a lot of volume, perhaps you can have a special bulk rate. If you need a lot of physical space to keep inventory, you can negotiate that too. The fulfillment house should be flexible for where you are in your business growth. It should help you to constantly grow without being hindered by back end processes. Make sure the management team is playing for the long term.

Divorced Dads – Home Is Where the Heart Is

As a divorced dad, I understand the heart-break when you have to leave the family home that you worked so hard to purchase. Sometimes divorce rulings do not work in the favor of the person who is the sole income provider. Divorce rulings favor what’s best for the children. I have coached so many divorced dads who have a very difficult time getting over this reality. However, if you are going to have a successful life after divorce, follow these three tips:

Put your children first: yes I know this goes against all of the advice about taking care of your needs and taking care of your health after divorce, but your children are a direct reflection of you. Just because you are not living in the family home, your children are an extension of you and they are living in the home that you have provided for them. Allow this reality to make you feel good about your efforts on a daily basis.

Move beyond differences: you cannot change the court system. Once you accept this fact, you are free to move on. You are entitled to a fantastic life after divorce. However, if you continually focus on the fact that you were dealt a raw deal, you will continually attract more raw deals.

Home is where the heart is: regardless of your new living situation, you create a loving home for your children by giving your children unconditional love. Refrain from blaming your kids or rehashing the divorce in front of them. Your children will sense this negative energy coming from you and they will not want to spend time with you. If you choose instead to be unconditionally loving and grateful for the time that you get to spend with them, their hearts will open to you. You will create a strong bond with them that will last forever. You don’t have to be in the family home to create a loving family bond with your children.

As a divorced Dad, you can move past the hurt by choosing to put your children first, move beyond differences, and create an unconditional loving heart. You will move beyond what seems to be an unjust situation to a world of golden opportunities. You will have an incredible life after divorce and know that home truly is where the heart is.

A Great Motorcycle Ride in Mexico – Queretaro

A beautiful ride across cities and places named World Heritage by the Unesco, through an splendid protected natural area and ending in a surrealistic garden by artist Sir Edward James. Just keep reading…

The ride starts in Queretaro City at 5,970 ft above sea level.

Queretaro is a colonial city founded more than 500 years ago and named World Heritage by the Unesco in 1996 . It’s located in the center of the country two hours North Mexico City. Nowadays it has become one of the most dynamic cities in Mexico due to the surrounding industrial parks where many international companies are located.

The first stop is just 45 minutes away: “La Peña de Bernal” (The “Rock of Bernal”). We are talking about the third biggest rock in the world and the highest in Mexico. At its feet a quaint little town were you can stop for a soda, lunch or spend the night. You can also find nice little souvenirs. Whatever you decide to do, this place is a must.

If you like rock climbing, you are in the right place too!

The road to Bernal doesn’t present any major challenge, most of the road is straight with just a few extended curves… but just after passing Bernal it starts to get fun!

Surrounded by an arid landscape due the high content of lime in the soil, you start with a very interesting section of twisties, one after another, up and down, a technical road between the mountains for about 30 miles. The landscape changes a bit as you advance and a few miles later you are in the middle of a semidesert.

After this twisty section you then continue on a straight part of the road. A few more miles down the route and you find a military checkpoint… Don’t worry about it, they are normally courteous people just looking for arm and drug smugglers.

After the control point the curves and the fun start again. As you get to “Peña Blanca” (“White Rock” in English) – by the way if you need gas, this is the place to stop and fill it up – you start climbing the mountains twist after twist.

I love this part: most of the ride you can clearly see three or four turns in front of you, and as it is a low traffic road, you can enjoy yourself taking the best lines (always keeping it in the safe side if you know what I mean!).

After climbing for a while you notice how things start to change and suddenly what were rocks, sand and cactus are now pine trees. It’s beautiful.. You feel the change of temperature and then you reach “La Puerta del Cielo” (The Door of Heavens”) the highest point in this ride.

We are now at about 9200 feet above sea level… The turns continue but now you are going downhill. Remember to adjust your riding to that fact. Unfortunately I have seen more than one forgetting about it that and paying the consequences.

As you start descending you ride through a small town called Pinal the Amoles… descend, turn turn, descend turn turn, descend turn turn… I love it! About 10 miles after Pinal de Amoles, the weather starts to change again and gets warmer. The vegetation also suffers a sudden transformation.

You keep devouring the road and you cannot help but getting marveled of the landscape around you… Just remember to keep your eyes on the road! Turn, turn… You are in the middle of the Sierra Gorda protected area and home of multiple plants and animals.

You continue descending till you reach Jalpan de Serra the most important town in the Sierra Gorda and place where Father Junipero Serra built one of his most important missions in the area before heading north to build the Missions in California. These missions were also named World Heritage by the Unesco in 2003.

In Jalpan you can find a couple of simple but nice hotels and some restaurants. Another possibility to spend the night is to ride a few more miles west to a place called Conca where you ‘ll find a hotel with Spa to relax from the day’s ride and get ready for the rest of the trip.

After Jalpan our next stop and final destination is Xilitla,

so you head north-east till you reach the state of San Luis Potosi.

A few miles after crossing the state limits in the middle of the mountains, at about 3,300 ft asl, in a rain forest of incredible vegetation you get to Xilitla.

This town was chosen by Sir Edward James, a surrealistic British artist – also noble and rich -, to spend the rest of his life. It is in this place he built a huge garden, a private zoo and a meditation place in the middle of the jungle. Its very difficult to describe it with words… Maybe the photos in this site can help: http://www.junglegossip.com

In Xilitla you can stay in the Castillo “The Castle” the house of former Sir Edward James’ right hand and friend: Plutarco Gastelum. This exclusive Bed and Breakfast is unique in its kind and you can see, feel and breath the influence of the artist everywhere.

Another possibility to spend the night is to ride a bit more to the north and stay in Ciudad Valles an important city of San Luis Potosi state where you will find all kind of hotels and restaurants, night life etc.

My recommendation… stay at the Castillo, forget about your ride and enjoy for a whole day this Mexican Shangri La.

After spending the whole day in Xilitla prepare for a long ride back to Queretaro. For this one I like to leave early in the morning and keep, if possible, a fast pace. Turn, turn…

We are talking about many miles and literally hundreds of twisties… Once my wife counted them… She stopped when she was at the 500th and we hadn’t arrived back to Queretaro City yet!

It’s so fun that the time flies and suddenly you realize it’s all over and you would like to turn around and do it again…

You know the feeling right?

Another possibility from Xilitla is to head to the famous Huasteca Potosina a zone of exuberant rivers, waterfalls and springs… But that area deserves a whole article by itself. I will be writing it in the future.

If you liked the trip I described and want more information about great motorcycle rides in Mexico and/or to contact me for any other issue please visit my site at http://www.japanese-motorcycles-only.com

Enjoy the ride!

Gay Marriage And The Opinions

It’s fascinating to me to read people’s opinion on gay marriage. In reading articles all over the World Wide Web I get to see what people think on the subject and what they really feel about it. People have reasons for allowing it almost as many reasons as to why they shouldn’t. Gay marriage, what does that mean? It means two people get married. They have the same protections that marriage offers and it means that these two people are treated as a couple. It is the same thing for straight people. They have the benefits of marriage and can share in their love with other on their big day. Why can’t gay people have the same rights?

Some people say it is because of religion. God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. America was founded under God. America is a Christian Nation and therefore what the Bible says is gold. I mean, this list can go on and on and that’s just religion. However, aren’t we supposed to separate politics from religion? Ultimately the decision is made on religious reasons only. Why? What if people do not believe in God, does that mean that a politician has spoken on their behalf based on a religion they do not believe in? Now I understand that homosexuality is against several religions, Christianity and Islam to name a couple. Yet, there are plenty of people out there who do not fall under the categories of religion. What happens to them and what they want when the majority who is religious says no? Where should the line be drawn between politics and religion? I thought the American Constitution already drew that line.

Some people come out with that it isn’t normal. Well, I am sure there are people who can recall a period when bi-racial marriage wasn’t normal. I am sure there are people that can recall when blacks didn’t have rights because to give them rights wasn’t normal. What is the definition of normal? Seriously, who decides what is normal and what isn’t? Do I, or you? And if we are the creators of the definition of normal then please enlighten me as to what it is. In some cultures it’s the norm to have several wives. It is also customary to get married at the age of 15. Why is that? It goes on because it is the norm for that culture. I could also tell you that it is allowed in some nations to allow drugs, it’s illegal to drink in others or that it is customary to walk around topless at a beach while in other places it is not. What is the norm? Who decides if gay marriage and homosexuality in general is the norm and why do they make the decision despite what others want? I truly want to know who these people are.

There are the few who also state that gay marriage would actually harm the sanctity of marriage. Now I personally think this one is my favorite. It will ruin the sanctity of marriage. And how is that? When the next door neighbor gets married to his high school sweetheart there may be people who object to the whole thing. They say he isn’t good enough for her. Maybe he harms her in some way. Do these protests ruin their marriage? Do the words that anyone says against them harm the sanctity of their marriage? No. If they get married and it’s a horrid marriage that ends in divorce, beatings or affairs, does this ruin the sanctity of marriage? There are several examples of gay marriage scattered over the globe to prove that it does not harm it in any way. In fact it shows just the opposite. Gay marriage allowed in different countries has shown that people are happier. They are protected under the law; they can do for their partners and generally have the same rights as the average Joe down the block. Divorce has actually gone down in some cases and so has suicides. What does that say? If you look at it from this stand point it might become a little clearer for you. I am not in your bed; I am not married to you. I do not have kids with you and a white picked fence with two cats. I can no more tell you how to live your life than you can mine because we do not know each other from a hole in the wall. I am not in your bed and therefore cannot tell you what to do in it. It really is that simple isn’t it?

Gay marriage and homosexuality is a topic that people love to talk about. It isn’t the norm or it’s wrong. Should they or shouldn’t they have the marriage or should they even have the right to be gay? Such conversations go on all over the world. They go on by straight people as well as the homosexual man. Yet I do not understand why it is such a big deal for straight people when they themselves are not gay. They assume that homosexual people have the option to be gay; they assume they have the choice. If they had the choice do you really think they would take such a hard road through life, having people hate them, disown them and tell them they are less that the rest? I don’t believe they would.

7 Reasons Why You Should Stay a Virgin Until Marriage

Sex between two married people is a very beautiful aspect of marriage. God has blessed us with the ability to give and receive physical pleasure with the one we are married to. But when we give ourselves to another before marriage, sex becomes something else altogether.

1) Lust and Fornication Are Sins

Why do you think God made fornication a sin? I mean, on the outside it seems like a lot of fun to have sex and to flirt with feelings of lust. No one is really hurting anyone, right? Wrong! Sex before marriage always, always hurts someone, and for many reasons which we will get into. God’s desire is for single people, young and old to remain sexually and emotionally pure for marriage. When young couples go into marriage with such purity and anticipation for one another, the marriage thrives.

2) Virginity is a Precious Gift to Bring to Your Spouse

What a precious gift of love and purity to share yourself only with the one you married. It creates the “one flesh” of marriage even more beautiful and sacred. But perhaps some of you reading this have erred and are not a virgin anymore. Let me tell you, its ok. God still loves you and wants you to have a blessed marriage.

Ask for forgiveness and turn away from the “attitude of going out on a date” and God will forgive you. Flee from temptation and stop dating because 95% of the time dating leads to sex. Having likeminded friendships in the Lord is much better than dating. Don’t give your heart away! Your emotional and spiritual self is a precious commodity-save it for your spouse, you will be so very happy that you did.

3) The Risk of Pregnancy

Children are precious, beautiful people of God, and everyone needs to experience being a parent at sometime in their life. But God does not want us to concern ourselves with the responsibilities of children until we are ready and capable of caring for their needs properly.

Bringing children into the world out of wedlock is not fair to the child or to you. Terminating our unborn child is not fair to them either. It is always best and God’s ideal for single women to not have children and to remain sexually abstinent until marriage. Then, when you both are ready to have a child, financially, emotionally and spiritually, God will bless you with children.

4) Multiple Heartaches From Dating

Sexual intimacy bonds two hearts together in such a way that they become emotionally attached to one another and feelings of desires are confused with love. Most dating relationships are not based on love, but on the desire aspect of the relationship. Dating does not lead up to a healthy marriage. Dating leads up to heartbreak because eventually one party will want out of the relationship. Heartbreak after heartache develops a cold, callous heart. It also can develop other negative emotions such as jealousy, suspicion, and mistrust because this too is part of the dating scene. Dating has too many negative emotions attached to it. It is God’s desire that single people have friendships in the Lord and do not date.

5) Virginity is Cool

I don’t care what anyone says, virginity is cool! A woman who can remain a virgin until marriage this day and age is a courageous and Godly woman, and I commend her on her ability to turn away from what the crowds are doing. Losing your virginity before marriage is not cool. Ask any older woman with values, who has been there and done that already, and she will tell you to wait until your are married too. That’s because we know that when a young person wants to have sex before marriage, it’s only feelings of desire talking-there is not love there.

As Christian people, we need to be more concerned with what God wants us to do, not what our friends are doing, or what anyone asks us to do. If it does not come from Jesus Christ or Christ’s principles then it should not be a part of our Christian life and shouldn’t be done.

6) Sexual Purity is God’s Plan For You

God wants Christians, young and old to stay pure for marriage. It’s His plan! When a Christian person disobeys God’s calling for them, there is always consequences. These consequences may be emotional attachments that break our hearts, unwanted pregnancies, or a venereal disease. God does not make these bad things happen to us. We make these bad things happen to us because of the choices we make in our life. Let’s choose what God wants. Let’s pray about it and seek God’s will for our life always and forever.

7) Fornication is NOT Healthy

Most of the time in a intimate relationship, young people don’t even really know the person they are having sex with. The only thing intimate about the relationship is the sex aspect of it. Did you meet their parents? Do you know what they do in their spare time? Perhaps they have a venereal disease or worse, HIV or AIDS. Physically speaking, casual sex is very dangerous. These relationships can cause many kinds of infections and other health ailments. Emotionally speaking, these relationships cause a defensive, calloused heart and teach young people to base love on feelings rather than something they do.

Single Christian people should wait on God. They should have all the friendships they want based on the foundation of respect and brotherly and sisterly love. The best marriage spouses are with those who first respected you physically, sexually, emotionally and spiritually. Remember, the minute your emotions take over and rule the relationship, the minute you will stop feeling respect and real love for one another. God wants our emotions to follow our lead, not lead our lives.

Musical Guide – A Well Rounded Education

In this article we’re going to try to give an idea of what shows to go see if you want to get as broad a musical theater background as possible.

To just say you’re going to see a musical is not only less than adequate but it’s inaccurate at best. The truth is, a musical is not just a musical. Just like in television and movies there are different types of shows, dramas, comedies, mysteries, science fictions, and a number of other genres, so it is the same in musical theater. So if you’re looking to get a well rounded education and see the best of the best in each genre, what follows is a list, if not totally comprehensive at least representative, of the kinds of musical plays that are a must see.

If you’re looking for some serious entertainment that is tense and dramatic, your best bets are shows like Phantom Of The Opera and Jekyll and Hyde. These also fit well in with the thriller type theme. Phantom is still currently running as well as Hyde and both are very dramatic stage adaptations of a couple of very old and well worn movies. The original Phantom Of The Opera was actually a silent movie with Lon Chaney. The updated version is beautifully done with some of the most breathtaking music in recent musical theater history, including the ever popular “Music Of The Night” made famous by the performance of Michael Crawford back in the 80s. Jekyll and Hyde, while not quite as famous, is also an excellent dramatic play about a man who basically leads a double life, one good, one evil. The musical show stopper of this play is “This Is The Moment” sung like nobody else can by Robert Cuciolli.

If you want something a little more light hearted there is always “The Producers” or “A Funny Thing Happened” which are also both currently playing as of this writing. The Producers is probably one of the funniest and off the wall musical comedies ever written while Funny Thing is a wonderful parody of Roman times. It’s worth going to see this farce just to hear the classic “Comedy Tonight” which has been sung by many great performers including Nathan Lane who was also in Producers. Of course, nothing needs to be said about “Springtime For Hitler” which is probably one of the funniest songs ever written.

If fantasy is your thing, there is always “Wicked” which is one of the more recent fantasy plays. Wicked is actually a prequel to “The Wizard Of Oz” that tells the story of how the Wicked Witch Of The West actually became evil. Ironically, at the beginning, she was the good witch and her sister was the conniving one. This is one musical that if you go see it you will never see the original the same way again. Musical highlights from “Wicked” include “No One Mourns the Wicked”, “Popular”, “Defying Gravity”, and “I’m Not That Girl”. The original cast of Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth, who later went on to “West Wing” fame, may never be duplicated again. They were just brilliant.

The above shows don’t even scratch a very broad surface. There have been a number of great musicals, dramas, comedies and fantasies that have come and gone over the years. Starting with the ones mentioned, however, will certainly get you started on what will hopefully be a long and enjoyable education.

History of the Suzuki T250 Motorcycle

The original Suzuki T250 was an upgraded version of the Suzuki T20. Many of the same parts were used on the Suzuki T250 which could easily be used as previously used parts for both the Suzuki T20 and the T10. This model by Suzuki was very competitive on both the market and the road when it was first released in 1969. The Suzuki T250 ended up making its way into many bikers garages before Suzuki ended production in 1972.

There are many reasons why this bike was still selling like hot cakes even after production ended. The Suzuki T250 was stocked with a speedy 33hp two-stroke engine, an automatic oiling mechanism, six speed gearbox, a rev counter and a highly acclaimed twin leading shoe brake. During its 1969 release many biker enthusiasts knew the Suzuki T250 as an economical, sporty and light. Suzuki went all out to give bikers what they wanted in an overall aspect.

The Suzuki T250 was restocked and revamped throughout its lifespan including an entire seven models which was released throughout and exclusively to many economically stable countries. The first model that Suzuki released onto the market was the 1967 Suzuki T250 which also bared the original name, Super T21. Until late 1969 Suzuki did not use the name Suzuki T250. Later release would improve the bike greatly and overall it gave the Suzuki T250 a more street style than a racing style.

The 1969 Suzuki T250 Hustler was the second T250 released from Suzuki. This was released just two years after the Super T21 with many changes in store for the bikers own benefit. The Hustler provided much more power with a T20 engine and also delivered a T20 front suspension. Many other aspects from carburetor to framework were changed as well. The Suzuki T250 Hustler had many changes, though the overall speed stayed about the same.

Many aspects of the Suzuki T250 varied by the exact model, while specifications stayed relatively the same. A 1.5 liter petrol tank capacity helped the bike stand out amongst competition, while making headway in the miles per liter factor (42mpg). The dry weight of earlier models didn’t change by much going from 140 kg in 1969 to 145kg in 1972. The original 5-speed engine was later changed to a 6-speed return with a constant mesh which helped many owners become victorious on the track. Many riders were also happy that the bike could easily reach 152 km/h with no issues while having the ability to reach a speed of 160 km/h.

The Suzuki T250 models changed many aspects of the motorcycle bike for the better causing many innovations to later models. Many people enjoy the fact that they can buy parts for a T20 while being able to install them into their Suzuki T250 or Suzuki T10 without a problem. The Suzuki T250 is a great choice for both collectors and the avid biker. The next best feature was the retail price Suzuki provided at just ?399.00 in the UK.

Gay Guide to Get Laid – How to Undo His Pants

If you are looking to get laid, your best chance of getting a hot straight guy is by employing the right approach that goes beyond tradition. Traditional methods of picking up men does not really work that good with straight guys. Obviously, they are straight, so there is a need to get them to accept that getting laid should not be directed by gender orientation.

The point is to make the straight guy you are after to realize that sex is just sex, regardless of who you get it from. You still get laid – that is the most important point. If you want to undo his pants, here are a handful of tips that will hopefully get you on your way:

1. Come off as a friend and not exactly as someone whose sole purpose in life is to get laid and chase after them. Remember that the way to undo his pants is to get near him. Do not suffocate him with overt sexual moves and pickup lines that are lame at best.

2. Act like him and do not be such a queen. When you are exaggerating everything, he will be turned off. You want to get laid, and obviously, the way is to turn him on. Try to act like him in a way where you find yourselves a common ground. This provides you an excuse to talk to him or get together.

3. Lower his inhibitions. Most rely heavily on alcohol in this part, but you get the same effect and same chance to get laid when you make him comfortable with your presence, especially when you are in private. Dirty talk him and you will see how much that does to undo his pants real good.

Issues to Consider When Beginning a Long Distance Relationship

Long distance dating relationships and long distance marriages are increasingly common. However, physical distance poses certain risks to these relationships. In my more than thirty years of experience as a psychotherapist, I’ve concluded that these risks vary in quality and meaning depending on the stage of the relationship.

Among dating couples, the greatest risk posed by physical distance is the honeymoon quality that characterizes their periods of togetherness. These relationships are frequently passionate and intense due to the constant cycle of separation and reunion. The limited exposure to one another often results in the partners having an idealized experience of on another, i.e. they see each other when they’re at their best.

In my experience, the greatest risk associated with long distance dating is that a couple will decide to marry during the honeymoon phase. When this happens, neither has sufficient knowledge of the other, because they haven’t experienced one another across a spectrum of life experiences.

When long distance daters get engaged, one partner usually relocates to the same city as the other. This often sets off a period of adjustment because they have greater exposure to on another. The honeymoon phase usually gives way to a more realistic phase. If the partners decide to move in together, their involvement with each other is amplified. Certain issues need to be addressed including: division of household responsibilities, detailed discussions and decisions about finances, the development of a shared social life, and perhaps greater involvement with or separation from one or both partner’s family of origin.

A couple’s ability to problem-solve together usually becomes more apparent during this more realistic stage of the relationship. If they experience difficulties, one of three responses tends to prevail: they seek premarital counseling, they continue with plans to marry despite the problems, or the relationship dissolves. In my experience, many premarital couples move forward with plans to marry despite the fact that they are experiencing significant problems. The greatest risk among couples who move from long distance dating to getting engaged is that the excitement about their marriage plans take precedence over learning how to successfully negotiate the problems they encounter in this realistic stage of the relationship.

Long distance marriages typically occur after a couple has lived together for some period of time. The separation is usually due to one partner‘s career. Physical distance places several unique stresses on a marriage. First of all, the bulk of household and child care responsibilities fall to one partner. This partner may grow resentful or envy the freedom and seeming glamour of the commuting partner’s life. They may also feel insecure if their partner is going to be working closely with members of the opposite sex.

Spouses in long distance marriages often feel lonely, especially because they’ve grown accustomed to living together. While the lure of sexual novelty is no different for married couples living apart than it is for those living together, physical distance may make these marriages more susceptible to infidelity. The distance makes it easier to hide an affair. There may also be a greater likelihood of one partner falling in love since it’s virtually impossible to sustain emotional intimacy in a relationship during extended periods of absence.

In order for long distance romantic relationships of any kind to work, a couple needs to communicate with one another frequently and make plans to see each other regularly. The more frequent the visits and the longer the time they spend with each other – the better. Also, prior to marriage, a couple should plan to live in the same city if at all possible. Most importantly, they need to move from the honeymoon phase into the realistic phase of relationship and be sure they are able to successfully navigate the real life problems that emerge during this stage.

For married couples who live apart – the same holds true. Frequent contact by phone and in person is essential to keeping a marriage alive. It is the day-in, day-out quality of marriage that leads to emotional depth and intimacy. While absence can make the heart grow fonder, it can also result in indifference.

If you want to know “how do I get back together with my ex”, then follow the 3 simple steps below.

Step 1 – How do I get back together with my ex?: Accept that a breakup has occurred!

Accept that the breakup has actually occurred. Tell your ex that you are okay with it. This will eliminate a huge amount of stress and anxiety that everyone is experiencing. Sometimes you need a little time apart. This allows things to settle and gives your mind time to process what has occurred. It will give you both time to think and figure things out. Your ex might decide that they still love you and come running back to you.

Step 2 – How do I get back together with my ex?: Don’t call or contact your ex!

Don’t make any effort to contact your ex. This one is very hard but also very important. If you don’t contact your ex it will give them the impression that you have moved on and are doing okay. Cut off all communication (unless there is an emergency, of course).

Doing this will allow you both the time to calm down and take a good look at your relationship. It will give you time to miss each other and realize how important you are to each other.

Step 3 – How do I get back together with my ex?: Plan ahead to get back together!

When you have completed the first two steps, then start working on a plan as to when you can get back together. The plan should include when to meet, where to meet, why you should meet, and what you are going to say when you meet again. Don’t try to deceive your ex in any way but be honest and up front with them. By doing these things you will be able to detect whether or not you are still interested in each other and if there is a chance of you getting back together.
